Brian Posler serves as the chief academic officer for Baker’s four schools: College of Arts and Sciences, School of Professional and Graduate Studies, School of Nursing and School of Education.

Posler plays a critical role on the academic leadership team in promoting and implementing long-term, innovative initiatives that will enhance Baker’s reputation and growth potential. Combining the role of the chief academic officer function and the responsibilities of the dean of the College of Arts and Sciences creates an effective academic leadership model that ensures the highest quality in all of programs.
