Vision & StrategyStrategic Planning ProcessThe University is engaged in a self-renewing planning process that provides information, learning, communication and engagement on departmental and university-wide development and growth. Long-term and yearly cycles help identify areas of strength and weakness, allowing us to adapt to changes within our industry and the national environment. With student learning as our top priority, all financial and programming decisions are designed to maximize the needs and best interests of our students. A new 10-year strategic planning process was launched in October 2010 with research and board approval to be completed by fall 2012.
