Residence Hall Room Accommodations
Residence hall room assignments will be by gender unless a couple is married. Floors or wings will also be separated by gender. Rooms in Gessner and Irwin halls are $21 per person per night for a double. Rooms in the apartments and the Learning Living Center are $26 per person per night for a double. A single room in any location is $31 per night.
Administrators and counselors will recive a 50 percent discount.
The charge for lost access cards or room keys is $25. Residence hall rooms are available with or without linen service. A pillow case and two sheets are $3.50. A washcloth and towel are $2.50. All campers are required to bring their own pillow.
Dining Options
The cafeteria is available for groups for 60 people. The summer conference coordinator will coordinate with other camps to achieve this minimum. Cafeteria prices are $21.50 per person per day. By meal, prices are breakfast $5.50, lunch $7.50 and dinner $8.50. In addition, the Wildcat Cafe is also available.

Is Internet available?
Yes, wireless Internet is available to guests who bring their own laptops.
Is campus security available?
Yes. The Baker University Security Department is on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They can be contacted at 785.594.8430.
Can we supply our own caterer?
Baker does not allow outside caterers on campus. To set up catering for your event, contact Tanya Sieber at 785.594.8333.
Is there an ATM on campus?
Yes, an ATM is located in the Harter Union lobby.
Should I bring an alarm clock?
Baker does not offer a wake-up service. Guests are encouraged to bring necessary devices for their stay.
Are there laundry facilities in the halls?
Yes, laundry facilities are located in the basement and upper floors of each residence hall.
Can I smoke or drink on campus?
Baker University’s campus is an alcohol-free environment. Smoking is permitted outside of buildings.
When is housing available for conference groups?
Housing is available during the summer, usually from June 1 until July 31.
Can children be accommodated in the halls?
Children 10 and up can be housed in the residence halls. Only two people, including children, can reside in a residence hall room.
