The Baker University Alumni Association Board of Directors serves all Baker alumni and current students. By engaging alumni in University activities, helping alumni connect with one another, and promoting philanthropic activities, the Alumni Board is a strategic link in Baker's stability and growth. Board activities include sponsoring the annual Alumni Weekend Awards which are given to outstanding alumni and friends of the University. In addition, the Alumni Board selects deserving Baker students to be recipients of scholarship grants, made possible through the Alumni Scholarship Fund. In the spring of 2008, the Board will sponsor the "Baker University Sesquicentennial Auction and Gala" which will benefit the Alumni Scholarship Fund. It will be held at the Westin Crown Center in Kansas City, MO.

New Board members are selected each year at the annual May meeting. Board members include alumni from the College of Arts and Sciences, the School of Professional and Graduate Studies, and the School of Nursing.
