Corey Anderson (pictured) finished the contest with a career-high 21 points while shooting 7-for-16 from the field and 5-for-8 from beyond the arc. Defensively Jack Shortell led the Wildcats on the glass with a career-high 14 rebounds and nine points.
Baker (11-6, 4-2 HAAC) currently sits in fifth place in the Heart of America Athletic Conference with a key road game on Saturday against Graceland University (10-7, 2-4 HAAC).
MidAmerica Nazarene (11-7, 5-1 HAAC) is currently tied for first place with Evangel University. Five players finished in double figures for the Pioneers, with Rustin Dowd leading the way with 18 points. Longtime MidAmerica Nazarene head coach Rockey Lamar recorded his 599th career victory in the contest.
