Gibson leads the way as Baker rolls LindenwoodBaker women vs. Lindenwood

BALDWIN CITY, Kan. - Junior Emily Gibson recorded a career-high 27 points and pulled down 17 rebounds to record her fifth double-double of the season as the Wildcats defeated Lindenwood 74-52.

Brittany HInes continued her hot streak, scoring 15 points off 6-13 shooting from the field. Aubree Gustin recorded her first double-double of the season, pulling down 11 rebounds and scoring 10 points as the Wildcats improved to 3-0 in conference play.

After trailing 6-2 four minutes into the game, the Wildcats pulled away and never looked back. The Wildcats went on a 14-3 run midway through the first half to pull away for good.

Baker finished 28-62 (45 percent) from the floor and 15-18 (83 percent) from the foul line.
