Baker men face Tabor College Monday eveningBrock Entner

BALDWIN CITY, Kan. - The Baker men's basketball team will be back in action Monday when they host Tabor College,1-5, at 7:30 p.m. The Wildcats, 5-2, have three players averaging double figures: Andre Strozier with 13.6, Austin Bond with 13.4 and Malcolm Greer with 13.4. Strozier who also averages 8.9 rebounds per game and has recorded double-doubles in three contests this season.

On Saturday evening the Wildcats defeated the University of St. Mary, 95-87. Andre Strozier recorded a season high 26 points while shooting 8-11 from the floor and 4-4 from beyond the arc.

Four players scored in double digits: Strozier with 26, Brock Entner wtih 17, Jaris Wommack with 17 and Austin Bond wtih 13. The balanced attack was key. Team scoring leader Malcolm Greer chipped in with nine points while pulling down two rebounds.

Residents of Baldwin City will be admitted to the game free of charge.
