FRANKFORT, Ky. – The No. 12 ranked Baker University Wildcats entered the 2014 NAIA Division I Women's Basketball National Championship as one of five teams making its first-ever appearance, but the Wildcats proved they belonged and opened up the tournament with a 74-61 win over No. 23 Cumberlands, who was making its 14th appearance.

FAYETTE, Mo. – The Baker University baseball team swept its 2014 HAAC opening doubleheader on Saturday, as they took down Central Methodist on the road, 8-1, 7-1 to move to 7-9 on the year and 2-0 in the conference.

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – The Baker University dance team competed in the 2014 NAIA Cheer and Dance National Invitational Championships in Oklahoma City, Okla. On Saturday afternoon and the Wildcats took home third-place out of six teams.

BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – The Baker University men's and women's tennis teams took on Ottawa University on Tuesday afternoon on Baker's campus and the women's team rolled past OU, 7-2, while the Braves narrowly defeated the men's squad, 5-4.

WINFIELD, Kan. – The Baker University men's and women's track and field teams opened up the 2014 Outdoor Track and Field season on Thursday at Southwestern College's Invitational.
