Baker men's soccer wins a wild one in double overtime
With 8 seconds remaining in the second overtime, Richard Klein punched in the game winning goal to put No. 14 Baker past Park University Tuesday evening.
Baker improved to 9-1-3 on the season. Park dropped to 5-4 while falling out of the Top 25 rankings.

No. 20 Benedictine stuns No. 9 Baker
The Baker men were unable to get the momentum going their way Saturday evening at Liston Stadium.
Benedictine got on the scoreboard first when Baker shot the ball into their own goal on a clearing attempt midway through the first half. Benedictine added to that total in the second half when Brendan Copeland squeezed a shot past goalkeeper Alex Burton. With one minute remaining in regulation, Baker got on the scoreboard on a header from Luke Haidarovic that was set up by Kome Okiomah and Jacob Chiarelli.

Men's soccer to be featured on Internet radio broadcast
The No. 9-ranked and undefeated Wildcat men’s soccer team (8-0-3, 2-0-2) will look to grab their third consecutive conference win of the season, after recording back-to-back ties to open up conference play.

Baker men stay undefeated, take down MNU 3-1
Luke Haidarovic got the action started early scoring just 12 minutes into play to give Baker the early 1-0 lead. As halftime approached Oumar Seck of MNU evened the score. From that point, it was all Baker. Matt Germain scored the game-winning goal and Odaine Sinclair (pictured) added insurance late as Baker rolled to an impressive 8-0-3 record on the season. In the latest NAIA Top 25 poll Baker University was ranked No. 9 in the country.

Soccer games to be featured on internet radio
Tonight's soccer games between William Jewell College and Baker University will be live on the radio through an internet broadcast.

The Lady ‘Cats (7-3 overall and 2-0 in the HAAC) will open the action tonight against William Jewell (6-2, 1-0-1). The ‘Cats are riding a three-game win streak after defeating Avila University 3-0 on Tuesday evening. Alix Schiraldi scored two goals
giving her eight on the season, which ranks her sixth in the conference. The ‘Cats are currently receiving 29 votes in the NAIA Top 25 poll.
The No. 6-ranked and undefeated Wildcat men’s soccer team (6-0-3, 0-0-2) will look to grab their first conference win of the season, after recording back-to-back ties to open up conference play. William Jewell comes into play (7-2, 1-1). The Cardinals only conference loss came to Benedictine College on Sept. 26.

Baker men's soccer wins 3-0 over Grand View University
The Baker men's soccer team won again on Friday evening when they faced Grand View University (5-4-0). Matt Germain, Luke Haidarovic and Blaine Snipstal all scored en route to the 3-0 shutout. Alex Burton recorded his fourth shutout of the season as Baker improved to 6-0-1 on the year.

Baker men’s soccer retains No. 4 ranking in NAIA Top 25
Coming off a weekend where Baker went 2-0 defeating Oklahoma Christian University and Buena Vista University, Baker remained in the same position in the most recent NAIA soccer poll. Saturday evening Baker University won a thriller against Oklahoma Christian University. Luke Haidarovic scored on a header with less than two minutes to play on a great cross from Ethan Bauer.

No. 8 Baker takes down Southern Nazarene to stay undefeated
The Baker men’s soccer team continues to dazzle early on in their 2009 campaign. On Saturday afternoon the men traveled to Olathe, KS to play a neutral site game against Southern Nazarene University.
The squad rose to the challenge yet again earning a 2-1 victory in overtime to remain undefeated on the season.
10 minutes into the 2nd half Kome Okiomah scored the first goal of the game giving Baker the 1-0 lead. Southern Nazarene quickly responded 10 minutes later when they tied the game up 1-1.
With time ticking away in overtime, Odaine Sinclair challenged a bouncing ball at the top of SNU’s box and got the ball to Ethan Bauer for the open net goal to capture the 2-1 victory.
Baker will be back in action next weekend when they take on Oklahoma Christian University.
