No. 19 Baker takes down No. 9 Benedictine
The No. 19 Lady ‘Cats came out to play on Saturday evening, handing No. 9 Benedictine College their first loss of the season.
Ashley Ukena got the action started just 11 minutes into the first half when she blasted a shot from the top of the box to give Baker a 1-0 lead.
Maggie Dupes came up huge again stopping 4 shots, one of which came at a critical point with 20 minutes remaining in regulation. Dupes has now recorded six shutouts on the season.

Baker to face Evangel in key conference volleyball match tonight live on the internet
The Lady ’Cats (24-3, 4-1) will look to get back on track tonight when they face conference foe Evangel University (20-4), undefeated in the conference at 5-0. The ’Cats are coming off their first conference loss to No. 20 Lindenwood University last week, falling in four sets (15-25, 25-23, 20-25, 17-25).

Baker soccer teams face crucial non-conference match-up tonight
Both Baker soccer teams will be in action tonight when they travel to Parkville, Mo., to take on the nationally ranked Park University teams. The Baker women come into play 9-4 overall and ranked No. 19 in the country.

Women’s soccer wins double overtime thriller over No. 16 Park
Jenny Haynes’ goal with 1:24 left was all it took Tuesday evening to put No. 18 Baker past No. 16 Park University.
Baker recorded their second upset over a Top 25 team within the last week. Baker took down No. 10 Benedictine College this past weekend.

Baker University would like to invite you to UFC 1 (University's First Competition)
In Baker University's 152-year history, 2009 marks the beginning of the wrestling program. On Saturday, Nov. 7, the Wildcat wrestling program will take to the mat for the first time against York College.
This event will be in the Mabee Gym, across the street from the Collins Center on the Baldwin City campus. It is our hope to pack the historic Mabee Gym with Baker and Kansas wrestling fans wearing orange to help cheer us onto our first wrestling victory.

Baker hosts Benedictine on Maple Leaf Festival weekend
The Wildcats will look to get back on track this weekend when they take on HAAC rival Benedictine College. The Wildcats come into play 2-3, while the Ravens come in at 3-3.
Baker and Benedictine have both played common opponents in Missouri Valley, MidAmerica Nazarene and Avila University. The Wildcats opened with those three opponents, and the Ravens met the same three the past three weekends. Both squads beat Avila and lost to the other two.

Baker takes down Benedictine 29-21
Benedictine pushed Baker all the way to the end, showing everyone why the Heart of America Athletic Conference is so tough.
Baker has now defeated the Ravens four-consecutive years improving their overall series record to 13-12-1.

Dupes records eighth shutout of the season as Baker rolls 3-0
Maggie Dupes (pictured) was stellar yet again as the Lady ’Cats went on to roll Missouri Valley 3-0 on Saturday afternoon in Marshall, Mo.
Dupes made three saves to record her eighth shutout of the season. Baker improved to 11-4, 5-1. The Wildcats are ranked No.18 in the country with hopes of moving up after picking up two key victories this week.
