Courtney Williams is entering her fourth year as Baker's head coach. The cheer squad won the 2001 Heart of America Athletic Conference championship under her direction and has been to the National Cheer Association national championship each year. As a collegiate athlete, Williams was on the Barton County Community College national dance line when Barton won a National Dance Association Division II title.
Brian Williams is also entering his fourth year at Baker. He was a yell leader at Barton County and competed nationally, and also competed nationally at Baker.
Andrea Bernard has been a coach at Baker for three years. She competed at Barton County and was a Classy Cat at Kansas State University.
