About Baker volleyball

The Baker Wildcats have turned into a perennial threat to win the Heart of America Athletic Conference title since Kathy Allen took over as head coach in 1998. Allen turned around the once woeful program her first year on board, and the team has been marching forward ever since. The Wildcats have amassed a 122-67 record under Allens leadership, consistently finishing as one of the top 3 teams in the tough HAAC Conference. The Baker Volleyball program is also strong academically: Every junior and senior on last seasons squad received the NAIA All-American Scholar Athlete award. This season, Baker returns two all-conference performers; senior Elaine Meyer and junior Brooke Glenn who will be joined by an experienced sophomore class. Additionally, the 2003 incoming class may prove to be one of Allens most talented recruiting classes yet.
