Jan. 20 | Randle places first at Iowa State University Open
In his second indoor event of the year, Baker University senior Brent Randle won the men's triple jump with a jump of 14.97 meters at the Iowa State University Open this weekend.
Randle, a native of Dallas, beat a 26-competitor field which included athletes from local NCAA, NAIA universities and community colleges.
Freshman Kome Okiomah, finished 16th in the 200-meter dash in 22.42 seconds.
Baker's next met will compete next in the Highland Quadrangular in Highland, Kan. on Jan. 27.
