Both Baker Soccer teams sit atop the HAAC
Both the men and women’s soccer teams currently sit in 1st place in the Heart of America Athletic Conference.  The men will take on a streaky Lindenwood team Saturday.  Lindenwood is coming off two straight wins, with their last game being a complete domination over Central Methodist University.  Baker on the other hand is coming off a hard fought tie against 7th ranked Park University on Tuesday evening.  The Wildcats showed a gutty performance playing one man down in the second half after being tagged with a red card Tuesday.  The men are currently ranked 24th in the country and hope to continue their conference dominance on Saturday.  Sitting right next to the men are the Lady Cats.  The Baker women are currently on a 4 game win streak with a 3-0 record in the HAAC. Christine Janssens currently leads the Lady Cats with 9 goals.  Lindenwood is currently undefeated overall at 7-0-1.
