| Volleyball advanced to HAAC Championship Game
Baldwin City, KS. – The minute Evangel stepped foot in the Collins Center, it was as if they knew they stood no chance. During Coach Allen’s introductions to the fans, the Evangel players stood there shaking their heads in disgust. That look of dismay never seemed to change as Baker advanced to the Finals in four games. Rachael Solis led the way with 17 kills, and Alexis Pryor chipped in 12, followed by 11 from Christina Delladio. HAAC Libero of the Week Jayde Allen led the team in digs with 21. Baker’s upcoming opponent Lindenwood beat Baker three games to one last time they faced each other in St. Charles, MO. Baker will again be playing on the road, but with much more at stake this time around. Not only is the HAAC Championship on the line, but with a win, Baker would most certainly receive a bid into the National Tournament. Game time is slated for 2:00 on Saturday from St. Charles, MO.
