Baker University lost for the second-time to Avila University, 73-57.

Lauren Shufelberger, who injured her knee one week ago, scored 13 points off the bench. Shufelberger injured the knee in the first-half against Missouri Valley.

Baker's forwards Amanda Yates and Allie Heinen combined for 19 of the team's 28 rebounds.

The Wildcats held the lead at the half, but could not keep up the pace with the deep bench of the Eagles, who scored 42 points in the second half.

For the fifth consecutive game, senior guard Molly Ediger played 30-plus minutes for the Wildcats.
