Okiomah and Hannon named NAIA All-Americans at Nationals

Kome Okiomah took third-place in the men's 100 meter dash.

MARION, Ind. - Seniors Kome Okiomah (Pflugerville, Texas) and Aaron Hannon (Baldwin City, Kan.) led the Baker Wildcats this past weekend at the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championships at the Indiana Wesleyan University Outdoor Track Complex.

Okiomah took third-place in the 100-meter dash with a time of 10.49. Hannon grabbed a third-place finish in the men's decathlon with 6,827 points.

All-America honors are awarded to the top six individuals in each event and all four runners in the top six relay teams.

BALDWIN CITY, Kan. - The Baker University men's and women's outdoor track and field teams will have 10 representatives at the 2010 NAIA Track and Field National Championships held at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Ind., May 27-29.

Baker grabs second-place; Kindler named Coach of the Year

Track and Field will look towards the 2010 National Championships.

ATCHISON, Kan. -The second day of the 2010 HAAC Track and Field Championships saw the Baker University women's team take second-place, while the men took third.

Freshman Devin Freeman (10,000 Meter Run) and junior Aubree Gustin (Javelin Throw) highlighted the women's side taking first-place in their respective events.

On the men's side, the 4x400 relay team, Travis Miller (High Jump), and Tanner Gleason (Decathalon) all took first-place.
