Gibson powers Baker past Graceland, 63-50
- Emily Gibson recorded her 16th double-double of the season Saturday afternoon.
LAMONI, Iowa. - Emily Gibson led four players in double figures with 15 points as the Wildcats closed out the 2009-10 regular season in style.
The Wildcats, losers of four-straight games, desperately needed a win Saturday afternoon heading into the HAAC playoffs. Gibson also tallied 16 rebounds to record her 16th double-double of the season. Gloria Atanmo added 13 points while Aubree Gustin and Brittany Hines each chipped in with 12.
The YellowJackets shot just 19-of-76 (25 percent) from the field, their worst output of the season. Three players scored in double figures; Marisa Rauss scored a team-high 14 points while Erika Coldman and Josilyn Wilkes each chipped in with 12.
