Baker Launches Early Career MBA program

Baker University is reaching out to recent graduates interested in accelerating their professional career.

The University is accepting applications for its first Early Career Master of Business Administration class, beginning in June 2012. An intensive full-time, 60-credit-hour program, the EcMBA is designed for recent graduates who have three years or less business experience. During the 15-month program based at the Baldwin City campus, students will develop the skills of successful managers.

“The Baker Early Career Master of Business Administration program is unique to the Kansas City area and tailor-made to serve students who are academically strong and who are highly motivated to be successful in a business career but who do not have the business experience required to take full advantage of traditional MBA programs,” said Kevin McCarthy, professor in the Department of Business and Economics. “The curriculum is geared toward accelerating careers with the knowledge and skill required to compete and win.”
