Housing Renewal

Horn & Markham Apartment Applications Available

Apartment applications for 2012-2013 are available in the Student Affairs Office.

  • Each complete application must include four current Baker students and the requested documentation. Submit applications in Harter Union, in the Student Affairs Office.
  • Applications with fewer than four current Baker students will not be considered.
  • Stop by the Student Affairs Office with your questions.

Application Timeline

  • Friday, Nov. 11 | Applications are available in Harter Union in the Student Affairs Office
  • Friday, Dec. 16, 4 p.m. | Complete applications due in Harter Union in the Student Affairs Office
  • Friday, Jan. 20 | Notification of apartment placement sent via Baker email
  • Friday, Jan. 27, noon | Apartment acceptance contracts must be signed by all members of the group in Harter Union in the Student Affairs Office. If the completed contract is not fully signed by the deadline, your entire group will forfeit its placement in an apartment for 2012-2013.

Housing Lottery Takes Place March 28, 2012

Students returning to Baker may choose their rooms and roommates through the housing lottery.

Details regarding the housing lottery process will be made available via email and informational sessions in February.
