leadHERship: Women’s Leadership Program

This experiential women’s leadership program will empower and inspire women in campus leadership roles. You will engage in personal reflection, group discussion, campus events, networking and monthly service projects. After completing the program, you will be able to:

  • Identify your personal leadership style and ways in which they are affected or enhanced by gender
  • Think critically and identify ways to solve problem in relation to leadership development
  • Take advantage of a network of other women in the campus community
