Terri has been in admissions since 1992. She first transferred to Baker from Southern Methodist University in 1980. In 1983, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Music. Terri worked in admissions until 1989, and then after starting a family and working for College Outlook, she returned to Baker in 2000. When time allows, Terri loves to read, work out, cook and attend musical events.

Bill has been an admissions counselor since May 2008 but came to Baker University as a transfer student from Florida State University in August 2005. He graduated from Baker with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication. As a student at Baker, he played football, wrote for the Baker Orange and had his own talk show on Baker's radio station, 89.7, The Edge. Bill grew up on the coasts of California and Florida. He enjoys surfing, skating, video games
and competitive sports.

Renay has worked in admissions since August 2007 but first arrived at Baker in August 2003 as a student and athlete. Renay graduated in May 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Physical Education. Renay loves to read, play volleyball, go shopping and hang out with her nephew. At 6'1", Renay is the shortest person in her family.

Rick has worked in admissions for more than 25 years, bringing his knowledge to Baker University in November 2004. He received a bachelor’s degree from Central Methodist University. His wife is a music teacher in Lee’s Summit, Mo., and they have two children.
The younger is a student at Baker. While not at Baker or on the road, Rick loves to spend
leisure time with his family, read and listen to music.

Erin grew up in Hutchinson, Kan., and began her time at Baker as a freshman in 2006. As a student Erin was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority and served as the Student Senate public relations officer, the Panhellenic president, a Baker Ambassador and an Orientation Leader. She graduated from Baker in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in management and marketing. In her spare time she enjoys working out and
designing and making jewelry and is an avid reader.

Micha has worked in admissions since March 2007. He graduated from Pittsburg State University in August 2006, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in legal issues. Before coming to Baker, Micha was a lead account manager for Superior Consulting. Micha grew up on a horse farm in Parker, Kan., and enjoys being outdoors and
spending time with friends and family.

Daniel has more than 25 years of experience in the admission profession. His degrees are in music performance and pedagogy, and he is a tenor singer. He and his wife, Lori, who is the conductor of the Baker University Orchestra, love to work with students and their families. Daniel’s leisure time includes six children and five grandchildren, travel, practicing and performing music, listening to all kinds of music, attending musical and visual art events,
fishing, exercising and reading.

Kevin joined the Baker Office of Admission in October of 2010. Now in his 17th year of admission work, Kevin oversees the admission staff and the application review process among other duties. A graduate of Kenyon College with a degree in Sociology Economics, he earned a Master’s of Education from Baldwin Wallace College (interesting note: the Baldwin in Baldwin Wallace and Baldwin City are the same person . . . John Baldwin). Kevin and his wife, Meredith, are the proud parents of three children: Maggie, Christian and Beckett. The Kropfs reside in Baldwin City and enjoy swimming, sports of all kinds and reading.
