Emerging Leaders Summit

The Emerging Leaders Summit is an annual overnight leadership experience for 30 freshman and transfer students.

Explore & Develop Your Leadership Skills

Topic of discussion include the Fish philosophy of management, diversity, personality, team building and group dynamics, Baker University history and traditions, and practical applications. Five sophomore student facilitators lead the two-day summit.

ELS – Class of 2010 will be held at Camp Chippewa near Ottawa, Kan. Thirty spaces are available.
