Mike Finnegan teaches Introduction to Leadership Concepts in the School of Leadership Studies at Kansas State University. This course is the first of four core courses students take to complete the leadership minor.

The course focuses on the academic study of leadership theories and the development of leadership skills. Finnegan is extremely dedicated to teaching leadership concepts that students can learn in the classroom and apply to their personal development, student organizations, and living groups.
