Description

Professor J.D. Parr will perform a faculty clarinet recital in McKibbin

Recital Hall in Owens Musical Arts Building on Sunday, November 4, at

3:30 p.m.  The program will include music by Malcolm Arnold, John

Rutter, Arthur Frackenpohl, Vincent Persichetti and other contemporary

American and British composers.  Joining Dr. Parr on the recital will

be Nanette Kraus, pianist from the Department of Music, Jeremy Wohletz,

clarinetist, Baker graduate and recent doctoral graduate from the

University of Kansas, and Nancy Parr, flutist and fourth-grade teacher

at Baldwin Elementary Intermediate Center.  The concert is free and

open to the public.
