Dining Services

We’ve designed our services to satisfy even the pickiest eater, with fresh salad, soup, and deli selections available daily in addition to the main menu.

Choosing a Meal Plan

Most on-campus students are required to select a meal plan, and plans are chosen each year through the housing application.

We offer a variety of plans that include regular meals in the cafeteria and declining balances that can be used in the coffee shop and late-night grill.

If you want to change your meal plan OR you live off campus and want to add a meal plan, submit a request. Please note the request deadline on the form.

Add or Change a Meal Plan

The Common Ground coffee shop in the Long Student Center lobby serves coffee, smoothies, and snacks. And the Late Night Grill is open after normal dining hall hours.

For information about hours, weekly menus, and meal plan options, visit the American Dining Creations website. Students living in our residence halls chose a meal plan as part of their housing and meal charges.
