You will thrive at Baker through a wide range of productions from Shakespeare to children’s shows, learning from faculty with professional experience.
By your graduation, you will have the opportunity to design, manage and direct productions.
Complementing classwork and theatre productions, internships are vital and can help you choose a career.
Our students prepare for careers including theatre education, creative dramatics, children’s theatre and experimental and alternative theatre forms.
Theatre Scholarship Application
Priority will be given to applications received before April 1.
In addition to the application, you must also do the following:

Please ask your drama teacher for a recommendation if you have had such instruction while in high school or college. If you have not had such instruction, you may may be any teacher or counselor who knows you well enough to complete the form.
Submit a portfolio of drawings, sketches and photographs of production work or other art or craft work. Include five to 10 featured images and anything else that will show us where your talents lie.
