The MLA program
at Baker University School of Professional and Graduate Studies requires students to
complete a professional portfolio prior to graduation.
Information about the portfolio is provided in the first class, HUM 5500. You must enroll for HUM 5900 at the end of your program.
At the end of each semester, a portfolio presentation meeting is held. At
this meeting, you are required to present one item from your portfolio that is either
particularly important to you, or provided you with the best learning experience. You will
then turn in your portfolio. It will be graded and returned to you within 30 days.
Contact the chair of your department if you not receive your portfolio back. You will
not receive back the "grade." It is kept for internal purposes.
