0 = should be better, 1 = appropriate, and 2 = outstanding.  Assume
that the average of all numbers in all evaluations will be 1.  Please
do not use fractions or negative numbers.  One of the major purposes
of the evaluation is to provide honest feedback to the speaker so that
he or she may improve in any future seminars or presentations.
