World Religions in Northeast Kansas
Part 1: View Research Posted at the Pluralism
Project
Project Description. This multi-year project is in affiliation with the Pluralism Project at Harvard University. Since 2002, world religions students in Baker's College of Arts and Sciences have done team projects in which they visit and study religious centers primarily in Topeka, Lawrence, and Kansas City, especially Chinese, Buddhist, Hindu, and Muslim centers -- the religions whose presence in the U.S. is increasing since the revision of U.S. immigration policy in 1965.
