2012: Appeared in 33 games as a junior registering 79 at-bats, including 14 hits, six runs, and one homerun...He also had 139 put-outs with a season high of 11 put-outs against both Trinity International and Peru State.

2011: Appeared in 12 games as a sophomore and had 22 at-bats resulting in four RBIs...He also had seven put-outs against Benedictine.

2010: Appeared in six games as a freshman registering nine at-bats and six put-outs, four of which came in a game against Mount Mercy University.

PERSONAL: Justin Michael Lane was born in Kansas City, Kan., and is the son of John and Shelley Lane…Has one sibling: Jessica…Played baseball at Gardner-Edgerton High School…Enjoys watching movies and spending time with friends…Majoring in business and accounting.

Nomination Procedures

Anyone is eligible to write an open letter of nomination regarding an individual they believe to be worthy of induction to the Baker University Athletic Hall of Fame. The nominations must be received by December 31 to be considered for induction during the next calendar year. Once an individual is nominated, he or she remain in an active file for review by the Hall of Fame Selection Committee. The selection committee sends recommendations in the spring to the President of the University for final approval for fall induction.
