Overseeing the offense, offensive line, and strength program, Miguel Regalado joined Baker University in 2008.

In charge of the offensive line in his first year in 2008, he guided a unit that paved the way for running back Richie Bryant who led the HAAC in rushing with over 1,300 yards on his way to becoming the 5th leading rusher in the NAIA. The 2008 unit also protected quarterback Mack Brown who threw for over 3,000 yards and was 4th in the NAIA in passing.

In 2009 with three new starters on the offensive line Regalado’s group once again opened holes for Richie Bryant who led the HAAC in rushing for a second consecutive season with over 1,200 yards

In 2011 Regalado was promoted by head coach Mike Grossner to offensive coordinator. Sophomore quarterback Jake Morse had a breakout year leading the HAAC in passing, throwing 17 touchdowns to only four interceptions en route to being named HAAC Co-offensive player of the year. Senior running back John Babb also led the HAAC in rushing and was named the 1st-Team All-HAAC running back.

Most recently in 2012, Baker had a balanced attack with 2,056 yards rushing and 2,110 yards passing for a total of 4,166 for an average of 378.7 yards per game. Under Regalado's direction, the Wildcats ran for 23 touchdowns and threw for 20 and averaged 26.9 points per game.

Regalado is proud to have coached a 1st-Team All-HAAC offensive lineman five straight years: Andy Bibb (08), Clint Benge (09), Billy Chambers (10), and Aaron Rieschick (11 and 12). Both Bibb and Benge also earned NAIA All-American honors.

Miguel and wife Heather are parents of a son and daughter, Jalen and Ava.
