Student Services Advisor

Baker University has an opening for a Student Services Advisor at its Overland Park Campus. This individual will be responsible for advising and assisting non-traditional students with completion of graduate degree programs. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred with a focus in student personnel, counseling, or a related field. Prior experience in student advising and/or, higher education administration is preferred. Some evening and weekend hours are required along with travel throughout the area the University serves. Academic Records Assistant

Baker University is seeking a service-oriented self-motivated individual to fill the position of Academic Records Assistant in a fast-paced educational support environment. Reporting to the University Registrar, the Academic Records Assistant is responsible for processing transcript requests, and enrollment and degree verifications for all Baker University programs. The position will be located in the academic records office on the Baldwin City campus. A high school diploma is required. The ideal candidate will posses excellent interpersonal communication skills, be detailed oriented and deadline motivated, and have a working knowledge of database systems and computer applications software.
