While RefWorks will save you time in developing bibliographies/citations and the Bedford Manual can provide general guidance on paper formating, the best resource for citations and paper formating is a citation manual. There are a number of citation manuals used in various disciplines. You should ask your instructor which style manual should be used for your research papers.
