Negro Leagues Baseball Museum exhibit to be on display at Baldwin City campus

Baldwin City, Kan. — The Baker University baseball program is teaming up with the National Negro Leagues Baseball Museum to showcase the great American pastime this spring in Baldwin City.

From May 17 to June 20, the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum will bring its traveling exhibit, “Discover Greatness,” to Holt-Russell Gallery at Parmenter Hall on the Baldwin City campus.

More than 300 baseball players and their families will make their way to Baldwin City for the exhibit, attend a throwback re-enactment game on May 31 at Sauder Field and participate in the Baker University Wildcat Wood Bat Invitational on June 10-13.
