NEWS RELEASE Commencement ceremonies set for May 15, May 23Baldwin City, Kan. — Baker University will honor graduates for the spring semester with four commencement ceremonies at the George F. Collins Sports and Convention Center on the Baldwin City campus. On Saturday, May 15, the School of Professional and Graduate Studies undergraduates will be recognized at 1 p.m. and the ceremony for the School of Professional and Graduate Studies graduate students will be at 4:30 p.m. that day. On Sunday, May 23, the ceremony for undergraduates in the College of Arts and Sciences, School of Nursing and School of Education will be at 1 p.m. The School of Education graduate students will be honored at 4:30 p.m. that day. President Pat Long will deliver the keynote address to the School of Professional and Graduate Studies undergraduates on May 15 and the undergraduates from the College Arts and Sciences, School of Nursing and School of Education on May 23. Executive Vice President and Provost Randy Pembrook will address the graduate students on May 15. Susanne Richardson Teel, chairwoman of Baker’s Board of Trustees, will address the School of Education graduate students on May 23. http://www.bakeru.edu/commencement###
