NEWS RELEASE Sophomore selected to serve as fund-raising coordinator for regional conferenceBaldwin City, Kan. — Hannah Miller, a Baker University sophomore from Gardner, Kan., has been selected to serve as the foundation fund-raising coordinator for the 2010 National Association for Campus Activities central regional conference program committee. Miller, one of two students chosen to assist in planning the conference, will develop, plan and implement initiatives designed to raise money for the National Association for Campus Activities Foundation. The central regional consists of student activities leaders and advisors from Kansas, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, New Mexico, Tennessee and Texas. The conference is scheduled for Oct. 28-31 in Arlington, Texas. Miller, who majors in business with a minor in art and French, is promotions coordinator for Baker’s Student Activities Council and active member of Alpha Chi Omega. ### Baker University is committed to assuring student learning, and developing confident, competent and responsible contributors to society. |
