You need JavaScript enabled to view it Choral ensemble Chanticleer to perform at Baldwin City campusBaldwin City, Kan. — The world renowned choral ensemble Chanticleer will give a master class to the Baker University choirs at 2-3 p.m., Monday, Feb. 7, at Rice Auditorium on the Baldwin City campus. Admission is free. The public is welcome to attend and seating is limited. Chanticleer, based in San Francisco, also plans to perform a couple of songs and answer questions from the audience. The ensemble is known around the world as “an orchestra of voices” for the seamless blend of its 12 male voices ranging from countertenor to bass and its original interpretations of vocal literature, from Renaissance to jazz, and from gospel to venturesome new music. ### |
