Baker, Cowley College sign articulation agreement
Baldwin City, Kan. — Baker University has partnered with Cowley College in Arkansas City, Kan., to better assist students planning to continue their education, as officials from both schools recently signed an articulation agreement.
The agreement between Baker’s College of Arts and Sciences and the two-year college in southeastern Kansas is designed to improve the transition process for students, enabling them to transfer their credit hours from Cowley to Baker. While Baker welcomes applications for admission from any student, the agreement pertains to students who earn an Associate of Arts (A.A.) or Associate of Science (A.S.) degree at Cowley.
“The partnership with Cowley College provides students the opportunity to seamlessly transfer their credits to the Baldwin City campus,” said Mark Bandre, vice president for enrollment management and student development. “This initiative helps create more opportunities for students at two-year colleges in the region as they become more aware of Baker’s degree and major offerings.”
Baker University is committed to student learning and developing confident, competent and responsible contributors to society.
