Jordan, an art history major, is a resident assistant at Irwin Hall, an active member of Baker Rallies Against Violence, a manager for the men's and women's cross country teams, and the residence life representative for student senate.

The nomination for the leadership honor stated:

"She is organized, reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. She seeks feedback and self-assesses to find areas of improvement. If she sees something that needs done, she takes care of it. She supports and encourages her colleagues to do their best, and has inspired two first-year residents to pursue being an resident assistant next year because she loves what she does."

Baker University is committed to assuring student learning, and developing confident, competent and responsible contributors to society.
