Baker’s athletic website ranked No. 1 nationally

Baldwin City, Kan. — Baker University’s official athletics website placed first nationally in the 2014 In-House Athletics Website Contest during the weekend at the NAIA-Sports Information Directors of America Convention in Orlando, Fla.WEBSITE-HONOR

The website showcases daily highlights, features, photos and videos from all 19 of Baker’s athletics programs.

Tyler Price, assistant director of athletics for communications, Andrew Patch, assistant director of athletics for operations, and Neil Kulbiski, senior director of digital communications and emerging media, led Baker’s website efforts for athletics. A year ago, Baker’s website placed second in the contest.

“Our talented team continues to deliver quality, comprehensive and compelling content for our entire athletic program,” said Theresa Yetmar, director of athletics at Baker. “I know all of our Wildcats appreciate their efforts. If you want to stay informed throughout the year on our outstanding teams and share in our success, is the definitive source.”

Also at the convention, Baker placed seventh in the NAIA in single-sport poster for its 2013 Wildcat football schedule poster. Patch designed the poster.

Price was voted a member of the NAIA-SIDA Board of Directors in a one-year at-large term for the upcoming year.
