You need JavaScript enabled to view it Baldwin City, Kan. — Seven high school bands and a color guard received I ratings on Wednesday at the ninth annual Baker University Marching Festival at Liston Stadium. Marching bands from Baldwin, De Soto, Osage City, Perry-Lecompton, Mill Valley, Gardner-Edgerton and Louisburg were awarded top ratings. De Soto’s color guard also received a I rating. More than 1,000 students from 15 northeast Kansas high schools participated in the festival. ### |
