Baldwin City, Kan. — Four Baker University students recently placed first at the case competition at the annual Midwest Decision Sciences Institute Conference in Erie, Pa.

Seniors Robert Fulbright, Jenny Hall and David McCain teamed with junior PJ Matulka to analyze an entrepreneurial finance case study. The Baker students submitted a written analysis and recommendation in March and advanced to the competition round April 18 in Erie.

Kevin McCarthy, professor of business and economics, accompanied the students to Erie.
