Baldwin City, Kan. — The Western Wind, a vocal ensemble, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, at Baldwin First United Methodist Church as part of Baker University’s Artist and Lecture Series.

For nearly four decades, the internationally acclaimed vocal sextet has devoted itself to the uniqueness and variety of a cappella music, performing renaissance motets, rock ‘n roll, medieval carols and Duke Ellington works. The ensemble has entertained at such venues as Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall and Kennedy Center.

Admission is $25 for adults and $10 for youths.
