Financial Aid

Nine of 10 Baker students receive some type of financial aid and most aid packages pay for the majority of the direct cost of school.

Students who wish to be considered for financial aid are required to fill out two forms: the Baker University Application for Scholarship and Financial Aid and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Three types of aid are available to those who qualify: grants, scholarships and loans. Grants and scholarships do not need to be repaid. Student loans are repaid after graduation.

The electronic processes of financial aid are listed below:

  1. Get a PIN! Get your FAFSA pin. This is your electronic signature.
  2. FAFSA worksheet Complete this worksheet to help you with your FAFSA on the Web.
  3. FAFSA application online Complete your FAFSA application online.
  4. Apply for loans Learn about student loan options to help pay for your education and apply online for loans that best fit you.
