MyBaker Portal Access & Help
Use the portal to update personal information, request a receipt or a transcript, access Moodle, enroll in classes and view your schedule.
To access the portal, log in and enter your student username and password.
If you are logging in for the first time, you must create a new account by clicking on the "New User?" link on the student portal homepage login screen. Then follow these three easy steps to complete the new account-creation process:
- You will be prompted with a request to submit your social security number, first and last name and place of birth. You will be then prompted to create a new username and password and submit a confirmation.
- Once the confirmation of this information has been submitted through the webpage, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to your Baker email account. Please close your Internet browser at this time.
- Access your Baker email account. Once logged in, click on the confirmation link within your confirmation email, which has the subject of "Welcome to the Baker University Student Web Portal." This will activate your MyBaker Portal account.
Retrieve a Lost Password
If you misplace your password, please go to MyBaker Portal and click on the "Forgot your password" link. You will need your username in order to retrieve your password.

If you forget your username, submit an online Help Desk request.
Our IT staff will contact you with your username and instructions on how to proceed with the reactivation of your account. Please allow 24 hours for a request to be resolved.
Please write down your username and password and store them in a safe place for later retrieval.
Viewing Your Grades
Once you access MyBaker Portal, under the “Academics” tab, you will see a drop-down menu, which will display “Degree Audit.” Click on "Unofficial transcript" to review your grades.
