What We Need From You

• Completed application form
• Two letters of professional recommendation
• Copy of teaching license or certificate
• Official transcripts* from all undergraduate institutions attended
• Official transcript* indicating a bachelor’s degree conferred from a regionally accredited institution of higher education with a cumulative grade point average of 2.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale
• Minimum TOEFL scores for international students
• Verification on a transcript* of completion of a course covering the exceptional child
