Online Enrollment

Degree-seeking students and students who have been admitted into the following programs can enroll in Spring 2010 classes online through their student portal:

• Master of Liberal Arts
• Master of Arts in Education
• Master of Science in School Leadership
• School Leadership Licensure only programs

An online enrollment tutorial is available through the student portal. If you do not yet have a student portal account, click on “Create a New Account” and follow the directions on the student portal homepage. If you need additional assistance setting up your student portal account, please submit an online Help Desk request.

Enrollment Dates

Online enrollment for current and recently admitted degree-seeking students will open according to the following schedule:

• Monday, Dec. 7, 9 a.m. Students who have completed 24+ Baker credit hours by the end of Summer II.
• Tuesday, Dec. 8, 9 a.m. Students who have completed 18+ Baker credit hours by the end of Summer II.
• Wednesday, Dec. 9, 9 a.m. Students who have completed 12+ Baker credit hours by the end of Summer II.
• Thursday, Dec. 10, 9 a.m. Students who have completed fewer than 12 Baker credit hours by the end of Summer II.

New students: Enrollment for new, degree-seeking students begins Thursday, Dec. 10 at 9 a.m. All new students should contact their enrollment advisor at 316.636.2322 to enroll in Spring 2010 courses.

Early Tuition Deadlines

Spring I

• Friday, Jan. 8 – Early tuition deadline for Spring I. To receive the early tuition discount of $30 per credit hour, all fees and tuition must be paid by 5 p.m. Students who receive financial aid must have all paperwork completed. If you are unsure of your status, check with Financial Aid: 913.491.4432.
• Friday, Jan. 22 – Online enrollment for Spring I closes. All tuition and fees must be paid in full by 5 p.m. Students who have not paid in full will be administratively withdrawn from courses. To enroll in a course after this date, call 866.296.0160 or 316.636.2322.

Spring II

• Friday, Feb. 19 – Early tuition deadline for Spring II. Dropping a course: To drop a course from your schedule, contact your Student Services Advisor at 866.296.0160 or 316.636.2322.

Cancellation of a course: All scheduled courses are subject to sufficient enrollment. Baker University reserves the right to cancel courses or make other revisions as necessary and to do so without incurring obligation.
