Financial Aid Eligibility & Requirements

We recognize that obtaining a degree requires a substantial investment of both time and money. We offer a variety of financial aid solutions and help you through the process so you can make your degree a reality.

Financial aid (FA) is based on your individual financial need. Your financial need is calculated using a formula set by the U.S. Department of Education on their Free Application for Federal Student Aid Web site.

You can still apply for federal financial aid even if you plan to receive 100% company reimbursement for tuition and books. However, estimated company reimbursement, certain VA benefits and outside scholarships you receive will be taken into account when aid eligibility is determined.

You should apply for aid prior to completing our admissions process. This will help you determine how much you will be eligible to receive and you can plan accordingly. Processing an application can take four weeks or more.
