SPLT Completes Draft Strategic Plan
The Strategic Planning Leadership Teams is pleased to announce that the results of our collective planning effort are now compiled in a draft strategic plan entitled “Shaping Our Future”. The content of the plan grew out of the task force group reports and SWOT analysis, and is consistent with NCA Higher Learning Commission (312.263.0456, ncahlc.org) expectations. Clearly this was a community-wide effort and all involved should take pride in their participation in a process that will help shape the successful future of our College.
Please review the attached document, discuss it among your colleagues, and provide your comments to splt@wildcat.bakeru.edu.
SPLT members will utilize feedback from the Baker community to revise the documents over the summer. We expect to have a final draft to present to the Board of Trustees for approval at the October 2004 meeting.
